The internal regulations What are the rules to follow during the stay?
Our apartments are located in residential buildings. We value our neighbors, so we count on your discretion and respect for the condominium and the neighborhood, especially when coming and going.
- Strictly prohibited smoking (even at the window).
- It is forbidden to allow other people into the building and the apartment. Therefore, no parties, bachelor parties, or other festive gatherings...
- No noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
The deposit Do I have to pay a deposit for my stay?
Upon arrival, you will be asked to pre-authorize €250 by credit card. Otherwise, you can give us a bank check as a deposit or an identity document for the duration of your stay.
This deposit will be retained in the event of damage to the rental and its equipment, in the event of theft or in the event of non-compliance with the departure instructions. Loss of keys will be charged €50.
Cancellation conditions Can I cancel my stay?
When you book one of our accommodations, you pay a deposit of 50% of the reservation amount. The balance is due 15 days before your arrival.
In case of cancellation of your stay, you can request a refund of the deposit up to 16 days before your arrival. €30 of bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Parking solutions Can I park my vehicle?
Our accommodations do not have parking. However, you can park in front of the house while you unload your luggage.
In the village, 200m away, you will find free parking.
Household linen and cleaning Are sheets and cleaning included?
All you have to do is bring your suitcases. Everything is provided in the apartment to make you feel right at home (towels, sheets, tea towels, blankets, shower gel).
Cleaning is included. However, we take special care of our apartment and thank you in advance for leaving it as you found it upon arrival.
Animals Can I bring my pet?
We love animals. However, for hygiene reasons, our animal friends, even small ones, are not allowed to stay in our apartments.
Extra beds Can I request an extra bed in my accommodation?
The apartments are carefully equipped and furnished to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with an extra bed or baby cot.
